RETURN POLICY
At GIJJUOSH you have a 14-day viewing period on all items. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order.
If the article is not to your liking or would you prefer to receive it in a different size or color? Please fill the return form and mail it to us.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will receive a refund of the full order amount including the original shipping costs. If you keep one or more items out of the order, you will only get the costs of the rest of the order back, not the shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping charges on international orders.
The shipping costs for a return from your home to the webshop are for the account of the customer. See the carrier's website for the exact rates. We highly recommend you to send your package including a Track & Trace to ensure that we will receive the package. GIJJUOSH is not responsible for any damage or lost during the returnshipment.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to GIJJUOSH with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The article may of course be fitted but must be returned undamaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the attached card. When we conclude that an item is worn, damaged or washed we will not process the return.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@gijjuosh.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
EXCHANGES
How to exchange –
- Please contact us at info@gijjuosh.com BEFORE returning or exchanging your item and we will be happy to assist you with sizing or any queries related to your reason for exchange. Remember to indicate if you would like to return or exchange your item.
- Unfortunately, items ordered cannot be exchanged for another item. It is only possible to exchange an item for another size of the same item. If you would still like to receive another item, we advise you to return your purchase. When your return meets the condition, we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order in our shop for the item you want to receive.
- We offer one free exchange (within the Netherlands) on every order depending on stock available.
- Exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt, after 14 days, items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We do not cover the shipping costs back to us, the pay of the shipping cost is on account of the customer.
- It is your responsibility to pay shipping costs of sending your replacement exchanged item.
- Items should be returned for exchange in new, unused condition and with all GIJJUOSH labels still attached.
- Returns / exchanges that are returned damaged, soiled with make-up, fragrance or altered will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
- Any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, is eligible to be exchanged.
- Please make sure your return parcel is appropriately packaged and correct postal shipping fee is paid by you.
- In case of return of a damaged article, compensation can be charged.
- If you go too far in trying on the clothing and damage has occurred, you must compensate for this use.
- Please make sure shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect your parcel once it is on its way to you.
- Swimwear, bodysuits and jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
RETURNS
How to return –
- Please email us FIRST at info@gijjuosh.com BEFORE returning any item. Attach the return form to your email. Please remember to indicate if you would like to return or exchange your item.
- We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
- Any returns must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the parcel. Any returns after this date will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- When your refund has been approved and we received the item(s), a refund will be paid within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items should be returned new, unused and with all GIJJUOSH labels still attached.
- Returns / exchanges that are returned damaged, soiled with make-up, fragrance or altered will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
- Any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, is eligible to be returned.
- Please make sure your return parcel is appropriately packaged and correct postal shipping fee is paid by you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please do not force on any garment as this may cause damage to the item and will make it invalid for return.
- Any garment with make-up, self-tan, fragrance / deodorant marks will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible however we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We aim to process this as quickly as possible keeping any delays to a minimum.
- We thoroughly inspect each garment before sending to check for any faults and to ensure you receive your garment in perfect condition.
- We do not provide washing guarantee.
- When you return your order, we do strongly advice to send your package including a Track & Trace to ensure that we will receive the package.
